Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 61 days prior to Check In Date. Cancellations or changes to a reservation are not permitted within 60 days of arrival. Alohana Realty LLC will not refund any payments collected if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after the final payment has been made, only the cleaning fee will be refunded. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@alohanarentals.com and confirmed by Alohana Realty LLC.

Deposit Policy

We will preauthorize your credit card for $250-400* two days before your check in to serve as a security deposit. This amount will not be charged to your card unless there is damage or missing items from the unit, or a Holdover stay in which case the value of those items will be charged to your card.
