Located just across the street from the main stretch of Waikiki beach, the location couldn't be any better! You’ll be relaxing in no time at this 4-diamond AAA rated resort. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has 1,025 square feet, full-sized kitchen with microwave, living room with Smart TV, air conditioning, washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a large balcony with a partial ocean view and overlooking the pool deck. Building amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, yoga studio, fitness center, barbecue facilities, bellhop, hotel security, and a front desk that is staffed 24 hours a day. Located in the heart of Waikiki, nearby are the International Market Place, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Surfboard rentals and surf lessons are available across the street, and a Biki bike share station is located nearby for a fun, convenient way to see the city.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and mirrored closet. En suite bathroom with double vanity and two sinks, clothes closet, and a shower/tub combo with tile surround.

The second bedroom has two twin XL bed and custom tropical headboards, flat screen TV,dresser, and clothes closet.

The second bathroom can be accessed from the common area and features a tub/shower combo and tiled shower surround. The washer and dryer are also located in the hallway at the entrance to the bathroom.

The chef-inspired kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. Kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave. dishwasher, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, and electric tea kettle. Fully equipped with all the basic dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. The kitchen counter also has 2 bar stools for seating.

The dining room table has 2 chairs and bench seating. The living room features a queen sized pull out sofa bed, dedicated workspace, and 60" flat panel smart TV.

The spacious lanai can be accessed from the living room., and overlooks the pool deck on the floor below. Furnished with an outdoor sectional sofa and coffee tables so you can comfortably enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

NOTICE: WAIKIKI BEACH TOWER POOL CLOSURE NOV 6 2023 – APRIL 2024
The main pool and entire upper pool deck will be closed, including the main pool, jacuzzi, keiki pool, both BBQ grills and the Cabanas will be closed during this time for repairs to the pool to address water leaks.
Other amenities located on the lower sun deck will remain open, including the fitness room, yoga room, the billiards table, and the Aloha Lounge
Work hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Some noise is expected, but the demo portion with most noise will be completed by mid-December; after this portion of the work the noise should be minimal.

In Addition, the Lanai of WBT 504 will be enclosed in plywood with 2 plexiglass windows to protect the room and lanai from construction debris and help with the noise during the pool renovation during the Nov 6 2023 – April 2024 pool work.
** The contractor plans to remove the patio enclosure from the unit sooner than the project completion. Information to be updated as available.

Waikiki beach and the ocean with a protected swimming area is directly across the street from this hotel for your swimming needs.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 61 days prior to Check In Date. Cancellations or changes to a reservation are not permitted within 60 days of arrival. Alohana Realty LLC will not refund any payments collected if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after the final payment has been made, only the cleaning fee will be refunded. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@alohanarentals.com and confirmed by Alohana Realty LLC.

Deposit Policy

We will preauthorize your credit card for $250-400* two days before your check in to serve as a security deposit. This amount will not be charged to your card unless there is damage or missing items from the unit, or a Holdover stay in which case the value of those items will be charged to your card.
