**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL**This one bedroom unit has 2 full size beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper with a firm memory foam mattress. It will accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the LCD flat screen smart TV or cook a gourmet meal in the modern fully equipped kitchen. Free high-speed internet, Wi-fi is provided. A/C keeps you cool inside and the spacious 120s.f. balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxing and classic in-room private resort dining. Beautiful kitchen with full sized fridge, dishwasher, and granite countertops.
Located in a prime location adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to shopping by day at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the convention center, or the bustling nightlife of the Waikiki strip, you are close to it all. The lobby and property entry has the feeling of the Hawaiian Ohana. Steps away is Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Every Friday there are fireworks on the ocean side of the hotel.
Parking is available and is paid directly on site: $40/day valet parking. at the Ilikai, $28/day self-parking at the Marina Garage next door, or self parking in the harbor lots behind the hotel for $1/hr with the ability to ad time by phone or online. (*Parking rates subject to change)
We do not accept 2-night bookings unless they start or end next to another booking. Please contact us for more information regarding 2-night bookings.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 61 days prior to Check In Date. Cancellations or changes to a reservation are not permitted within 60 days of arrival. Alohana Realty LLC will not refund any payments collected if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after the final payment has been made, only the cleaning fee will be refunded. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@alohanarentals.com and confirmed by Alohana Realty LLC.
Deposit Policy
We will preauthorize your credit card for $250-400* two days before your check in to serve as a security deposit. This amount will not be charged to your card unless there is damage or missing items from the unit, or a Holdover stay in which case the value of those items will be charged to your card.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

お部屋は、ハワイアンキルトやヒロクメさんの絵、調度品もハワイらしくとても居心地が良かったです。曜日によって1Fでバンド演奏やフラダンスショーがあったのでラナイから便乗して楽しむ事ができました。主人がサーフィンをするので、目の前のボウルズポイントでサーフィンを、子供はヒルトンのラグーンで楽しむことができました。金曜のヒルトンの花火は目の前で見ることができます。サンセットタイムも格別です。駐車時事情だけが少し面倒でしたが、早起きをして出掛ける！ようであれば平均1日$10で済ませることができます。 コンドミニアムでの醍醐味である、暮らすようにハワイを過ごす事ができ感謝しております。

部屋からのハーバービューが素敵な部屋です。部屋もタオル類も清潔で、キッチンにも食器や器具が揃っていて、スーパーやファーマーズマーケットで買ってきたものを自炊するのに役立ちました。ホテルロビー階には、レンタカーのHertzのカウンター(少し日本語しゃべれる方がいます)、コンビニのようなお店もあり便利です。レンタカーは、夜はすぐ近くに1時間1ドルの有料駐車場があるのを事前に案内で教えてくれていたので、そこに駐車しました。駐車する時間を、事前にクレジットカードで支払い、レシートをダッシュボードに置いておきます。アラモアナへはピンクラインのトロリーで1区間ですぐ。コインランドリーは、25セント硬貨を10枚入れなければいけないので、ロビーで両替が必要です。ワイキキ滞在の時には、また利用したいです。

初めてのハワイ家族旅行に滞在させていただきました。とにかくロケーションが最高です。すぐ隣のヒルトンのラグーンで水遊びしたりアラモアナにも徒歩15分の距離です。レンタカーだったので夜間は有料公共パーキングを利用しました。支払機があるのでクレジットカードで支払いレシートをダッシュボードに置いておくというシステムのようです。日中は無料公共パーキングエリアに移動させば駐車料金を抑えることができます。全て近いので問題なかったです。お部屋もきれいで掃除機、食器洗い用洗剤とスポンジ、全自動食器洗い機洗剤、コーヒーメーカー&フィルター、ラップ、キッチンペーパー揃ってます。スリッパはないので室内で必要な方は持って行った方がいいですね。とても快適な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

イリカイコンドミニアムはアラモアナショッピングセンターやスーパーにも近く、とても便利な場所です。 ヒルトンのビーチもすぐなので、ビーチでのんびりしたり、買い物するのには最高の場所です。 部屋も広く、家族でゆったり過ごせました。 キッチングッズも充実してたので、近くのスーパーで買い物をしてホテルで料理するのも、ロコの気分が味わえて最高です‼️

階は低いですが景色が素晴らしく清潔感のある素敵なお部屋でした。少しエレベーターからは遠かったです。キッチンには何でも揃っていて我が家はご飯を炊いておにぎりにし子供とピクニックに行ったりいつもと違うハワイを楽しみました。シャワーは取り外しができるタイプでタオルも多めに置いてあり小さい子供がいても問題なく過ごせすことができました。1度だけWiFiの繋ぎ方が分からず連絡をしましたが日本語の通じる方とお話できすぐに解決できました。またハワイに行く時はこのお部屋に泊まりたいと思います！

写真どおりのおしゃれな部屋。テラスからの眺めも素晴らしくて楽しい時間を過ごせました。私たち家族はレンタカーを借りたので駐車場はホテルのバレーパーキングを利用しました。ちょっと料金は高めですがすごく便利です。 ホテルの玄関前で乗り降りでき。荷物が多くても気なりません。レンタカーを利用される方にはお勧めします。
