NOTICE: Marine Surf Waikiki Exterior Concrete Repair / Painting Project Starting October 27th, 2025
• Start Date: Monday, October 27, 2025
• Duration: Approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting)
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding weekends & holidays)
• Noise Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (jackhammering, grinding, and vibration expected)
• Access: Work performed via swing stage scaffolding; areas below active drops will be closed for safety.
• During lanai repairs, contractors may secure lanai doors from the outside, leaving no more than a 4" gap for airflow.

• Pool Closure
• For safety reasons, the swimming pool will remain CLOSED during the entire duration of the project. The pool area will not be accessible until all exterior work is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 31 days prior to Check In Date. Cancellations or changes to a reservation are not permitted within 30 days of arrival. Alohana Realty LLC will not refund any payments collected if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after the final payment has been made, only the cleaning fee will be refunded. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@alohanarentals.com and confirmed by Alohana Realty LLC.

Deposit Policy

We will preauthorize your credit card for $250-400* two days before your check in to serve as a security deposit. This amount will not be charged to your card unless there is damage or missing items from the unit, or a Holdover stay in which case the value of those items will be charged to your card.
