**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL** Alohana Monte Vista 1005. 10th floor 2 Bedroom - Free Wifi, Cable TV & Free Parking. Located beside the Ala Wai Canal this 2 bedroom1 bath condo at the Monte Vista features stunning views of the Ko'olau Mountain range looking across the Ala Wai golf course. The condo has hardwood floors throughout and features a "Jack and Jill bathroom"*. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a window AC, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan and a 46" flat screen TV. The full-size kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator, dining table and a laundry center. There's a pool area with charcoal BBQ and an ocean view but we've also provided 2 backpack beach chairs for adventures on the beach and outdoors!
The rental includes high-speed internet/WIFI, 1 parking
We do not accept 2-night bookings unless they start or end next to another booking. Please contact us for more information regarding 2-night bookings.
*A Jack and Jill bathroom is a bathroom with two doors, usually accessible from two bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 61 days prior to Check In Date. Cancellations or changes to a reservation are not permitted within 60 days of arrival. Alohana Realty LLC will not refund any payments collected if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after the final payment has been made, only the cleaning fee will be refunded. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@alohanarentals.com and confirmed by Alohana Realty LLC.
Deposit Policy
We will preauthorize your credit card for $250-400* two days before your check in to serve as a security deposit. This amount will not be charged to your card unless there is damage or missing items from the unit, or a Holdover stay in which case the value of those items will be charged to your card.

"Great condo!"
“Great condo in an easy to use building a few blocks from Waikiki beach. We had 3 adults and a toddler and the space worked out great. 2 bedrooms with their own sinks, a hot shower (no tub) and a washer and dryer in the unit made it ideal for us. The Kitchen had everything needed and the parking was more than convenient. The host was very helpful at check in. The only things I would note about the condo is that it is a little old, everything is functional just well used. The noise from Ala Wai Blvd was a little loud in the master bedroom and lanai, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. If you're looking to be out exploring the island and need a comfortable place to be based out of, this one is perfect.”
