Alohana at Luana Waikiki 1206. This ocean view 1-bedroom suite is a privately-owned unit inside the Luana at Waikiki. This suite has 700 square feet of living space and comes with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Why stay in a small hotel room when you can have ample space to relax and have the comforts of home?

The bedroom has a 2 queen-sized beds plus a sofa bed in the living room, so this suite can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (2 people per bed). The condo is equipped with a full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit.

The property features a pool where you can cool off, relax and sunbathe on one of the many lounge chairs. If you prefer swimming in the ocean, Waikiki beach is a short 5-minute walk across Fort DeRussy Park. Next to the swimming pool, there is a work-out room with the latest exercise equipment and a BBQ area with gas BBQ grills and tables where you can dine outside. Inside Luana Waikiki is a beautiful lobby. There are 3 elevators to take you up to your room. The second floor has a lounge area with a big screen television, seating, and tables to relax and socialize. Also on the second floor is a community laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.

Wake up and cook breakfast in the kitchen or savor a delicious breakfast at one of the many restaurants close by, then take a leisurely stroll to the world famous Waikiki Beach where you can take surf lessons, watch a hula performance, or just lay out and sunbathe on the beach. Along the way you will pass the Waikiki Strip and encounter dozens of world class shops, eateries, and entertainment. There are also plenty of small shops where you can pick up unique souvenirs. With all the sights and sounds to take in, walking the Waikiki Strip could easily be a full day's excursion!



Shopping, dining, and entertainment are within easy walking distance. There is so much to enjoy all within walking distance, but if you choose to venture out farther there are major bus and trolley lines just steps from the property. If shopping is your thrill, the island's biggest mall (Ala Moana Shopping Center) is only a mile away. The Hawaii Convention Center, the Waikiki Aquarium, and the Honolulu Zoo are less than a mile away, and the entrance to Diamond Head Crater is just 2 miles away. Hawaii's historical sites like Iolani Palace, Chinatown, and Downtown Honolulu are less than 4 miles away.

Since the Luana Waikiki has very few parking stalls, parking is valet at $35./day.

Cancellation Policy
There will always be a $100 cancellation fee if the tenant cancels the reservation. It is for liquidated damages associated with the costs of re-renting.
If the tenant cancellation takes place during the period when just the initial payment has been made then all payments will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented to another party, and the rental revenue is the same or more than in the original agreement, at which point a refund of the initial payment amount minus the cancellation fee will be issued.
If the tenant cancellation takes place during the period when the full payment has been made then the cleaning fee will always be refunded.
If the property is re-rented to another party, any rental revenue generated for the time period of the original rental agreement will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.
Any refund due will not be issued until after the check out date of the original agreement.

Deposit Policy
We will preauthorize your credit card for $200 two days before your check in to serve as a security deposit. This amount will not be charged to your card unless there is damage or missing items from the unit, or a Holdover stay in which case the value of those items will be charged to your card.
