Cancellations or changes to a reservation are not permitted within 60 days of the Guest’s check in date. Alohana Realty LLC will not refund any portion of rent or fees if the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before the check in date.
For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, the 30% Non-refundable Deposit/Initial Payment fee will not be refunded.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@alohanarentals.com and confirmed by Alohana Realty LLC.

Deposit Policy
We will preauthorize your credit card for $200 two days before your check in to serve as a security deposit. This amount will not be charged to your card unless there is damage or missing items from the unit, or a Holdover stay in which case the value of those items will be charged to your card.

Better than the pictures! We saw the Friday fireworks from the lanai. It is easy to get to, as it is centrally located. We ate almost every meal on the large lanai - enjoying the great scenery. The unit has everything we needed - all the comforts you would expect . The Queen size bed was super comfortable, and the full size sofa sleeper has a memory foam cushion - making it far more comfortable than other sofa beds.
Our family of four really enjoyed this rental. It was a great find, at a great rate - it is worth so much more! Laurynn, Gavin, and all the people at Alohana Realty were so responsive and helpful.
