For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 30% Non-refundable Deposit/Initial Payment fee will not be refunded.

Overall it was a great stay!! Convenient location. Just a couple blocks away from the beach!! Having a pool, hot tub, sauna, grills, full laundry access and a store in the building was great!! Once you’re able to locate the lockboxes it’s simple from there. I would definitely stay again. Have already recommended to friends. Thank you!!

We stayed for 5 nights here before heading over to Maui. It's perfect for a couple, lovely lanai - the view is gorgeous at night. Good location, about a 5-10 min walk from the beach. Clean, easy to follow instructions for access. I dealt with a Gavin from the property managers and his communication was excellent. They also went above and beyond for our arrival. The trip was for my 40th and my partner had emailed asking if there was anything they could do as a surprise in the room. The lovely housekeeper had organised balloons and a cake. It was amazing!

I was very nervous about renting an apartment. I've never traveled alone, I've never used AirBnB and I've never been to Hawaii. I researched hundreds of apartments for months prior to my stay and I couldn't be more happier with my decision to rent from Gavin. I emailed him with a few questions before and during my stay and he always responded very quickly. When I arrived the check in process was very easy and the room was nice and clean. It was the perfect size and he views alone I think are worth much more than what I paid. I was central to everything in Waikiki. I walked to the beach, I walked to almost all of the major shopping spots. The neighbors were quiet. All went perfect. He even granted me a slightly later checkout time because my flight wasn't until 5:00 pm. I'll definitely be back to Honolulu again and I'll definitely look up Gavin first! Thanks for everything!!

Awesome location and awesome view from the room. My family enjoyed staying at this place. We were wondering why there's no dining table in the room but, then, we found out that the dining table is in the balcony. We made breakfast on all those mornings that we were there, and enjoyed having our early morning breakfast and coffee with the morning sunrise. Accessible to everything. Love this place and will be recommending this to my friends and family.

The photos you see are accurate and doesn't do justice on the experience. You will love it! The balcony is a panoramic view of the Manoa Valley and the canal and be able to watch aloha friday fireworks (Friday). Check- in/out procedure was straightforward and provided in details prior to my arrival. If any help is needed, Gavin was just a text away. I loved the tranquility of the area and the super convenient reach to any cafe's, food, stores, markets (Duke's Marketplace) bus etc. anything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay here at Island Colony. No question that I will be coming back to this exact location very shortly!

l'appartement correspondait tout a fait aux photos et à nos attentes. Sa situation est idéale, le parking est très pratique quand on a loué une voiture. La piscine est un plus! Bref une très bonne experience!
